Policies & Disclosures

Privacy Policy

Bhargavi Ganesh Creations respects your privacy. This website is an informational catalogue — you can browse every collection without creating an account or submitting any personal data.

• What we collect: nothing is sent to a server by this website. Your wishlist and shopping bag are stored only in your own browser (localStorage) so they survive a page refresh. You can clear them at any time by emptying the bag/wishlist or clearing your browser data.
• When you contact us: if you message us on WhatsApp, email or phone, we receive the details you choose to share (name, phone number, delivery city and your message). We use them only to answer your enquiry and fulfil an order.
• Sharing: we do not sell or rent your details. Information is shared only with a delivery partner or seller when it is required to fulfil an order you placed, or when the law requires it.
• Third-party links: product pages may link to a marketplace or seller website. Once you leave this site, that website’s own privacy policy applies.
• Your choice: you can ask us to delete the details you shared with us by messaging 9700907345.

Terms of Use

• This website is a curated showcase. Product availability, final price, delivery timeline and delivery charges are confirmed individually on WhatsApp before any payment.
• Prices displayed anywhere on this site are indicative and may change without notice, especially for third-party marketplace listings.
• Some products show photographs supplied by Bhargavi (the shop owner); products without a photograph display original brand illustrations (“placeholder visuals”). Both are indicative of style/condition, not a photographic guarantee of the exact article.
• Colours may vary slightly between screens and the physical product. Hand-finished idols may show natural variation, which is a characteristic of handcrafted goods.
• Eco-friendly idols are made of natural clay and are intentionally delicate — please handle them from the base.
• All content, layout, text and generated artwork on this website belongs to Bhargavi Ganesh Creations and may not be copied without permission.

Product Source Disclosure

Some products shown on this website are listings discovered on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon India, Flipkart or other authorised sellers. These products are not owned, manufactured or fulfilled by Bhargavi Ganesh Creations, and every product card and product page clearly displays the actual source.

• For each third-party product we show the product title, image or brand visual, listed price, original price where available, discount, material, size, rating only where the source itself displays one, and a link to the source.
• We do not copy customer reviews, star-rating text or marketplace branding from any source.
• Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplace names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to identify the source of a listing. Bhargavi Ganesh Creations is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or owned by any of these marketplaces.
• Prices, product availability and specifications are sourced from respective sellers/marketplaces and may change. Please verify the final price and availability on the source website before purchase.
• For products where a photograph is not available or image reuse is not permitted, this website displays its own original generated artwork instead. If you are a rights holder and want a specific image added or removed, contact us on WhatsApp and we will act promptly.
